Field Trips

Don’t miss these fun add-ons offered by our Roanoke-based and statewide EE partners! Three different field trips are available Tuesday afternoon and one pre-conference field trip is available Sunday morning. Sign up for just one field trip in that time slot to hold your spot.

Conference Registration Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected schedule changes may arise. Full refunds, minus a 10% administration fee, are available until January 29, 2025. No refunds will be provided after this date.
