2025 Conference Venue & Lodging
The 2025 VAEE Annual Conference will be held at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center at 110 Shenandoah Ave. NE, Roanoke, VA 24016.
Built in 1882, the Tudor-style Hotel Roanoke is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers. The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center is located in the Gainsboro neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia.
This year’s Conference will take place in the Conference Center which you can access from the street or from inside the Hotel. You can download and review the Conference Center layout here.
We are using a variety of rooms for our Conference, including access to two outdoor spaces: the Garden Courtyard and the Terrace. Registration will be in the Crystal Court section. Vendors will be staged in the Crystal/Roanoke Shared Foyer and the Crystal Foyer.
Lodging
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
We have booked a room block in the Hotel Roanoke at $144/night. Enjoy the newly renovated Hotel’s many spaces for gathering including multiple lobbies, the 1882 Lobby Bar, and footbridge to downtown.
To confirm a room within the Room Block, the room must be secured with a valid credit card along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 7 days in advance of arrival. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.
