2025 Conference Venue & Lodging
The 2025 VAEE Annual Conference will be held at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center at 110 Shenandoah Ave. NE, Roanoke, VA 24016.
Built in 1882, the Tudor-style Hotel Roanoke is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers. The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center is located in the Gainsboro neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia.
This year’s Conference will take place in the Conference Center which you can access from the street or from inside the Hotel. You can download and review the Conference Center layout here.
We are using a variety of rooms for our Conference:
Allegheny
Appalachian
Crystal Ballroom
Peacock Alley
Pocahontas
Shenandoah A
Shenandoah B
We will also have access to outdoor spaces, the most convenient of which is the Garden Courtyard. Registration, Merchandise, and Vendors will be staged in Peacock Alley.
Lodging

Enjoy the newly renovated Hotel’s many spaces for gathering including multiple lobbies, the 1882 Lobby Bar, and footbridge to downtown.
